Mr. Eavenson is a business and solutions oriented senior executive, and licensed attorney, providing practical legal and business solutions to companies, boards of directors, executives, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, real estate owners and business stakeholders. Mr. Eavenson’s services focus on corporate, business and real estate matters. He has served as both in-house general counsel to companies in various industries, as well as maintaining a private law practice for over 28 years.
In the corporate and business areas, Mr. Eavenson’s provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs, development stage companies, mature companies in the areas of corporate finance, business law, corporate law, private equity, venture capital, and joint ventures, along with the unique transactional matters related thereto, including private lending, technology and software licensing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer products and franchising.
In the real estate area, Mr. Eavenson’s provides legal counsel to real estate developers, owners, operators, buyers and sellers in all facets of real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, operations, management and syndications. His specific industry experience includes real estate development in the United States and the Caribbean, building construction in the United States and the Caribbean, commercial real estate leasing and financing.
He is a graduate of the University of Florida and he is also a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Mr. Eavenson has served on numerous company boards and committees.
