Matt McLauchlin is an experienced business lawyer and litigator and has been practicing in Florida for over 20 years. He represents companies and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters and legal disputes, including claims involving contracts, employment, partnerships, business torts, real property, landlord/tenant issues, premises liability, construction defects, breach of warranty, products liability, non- competition and non-solicitation covenants, intellectual property, probate and trust litigation, and insurance coverage.
Matt also assists clients on a variety of transactional matters, including contract negotiation, drafting and review, business formation, business transactions, trademark filing services, regulatory compliance, purchase and sale agreements, commercial real property leases, construction contracts, professional service agreements, employment and severance agreements, non-competition agreements, licensing agreements, and various other business agreements.
Matt is a sixth generation Floridian and enjoys the outdoors, including backpacking, hiking, and camping.
