T.J. Fraser is a business lawyer who works with clients on complex business transactions (mergers, acquisitions, finance, securities compliance and regulatory matters), complex litigation, government contracts compliance and dispute resolution, as well as all aspects of providing outside general counsel services. He believes that using technology to provide efficiency in the practice of law is critical to providing great outcomes for his clients. In fact, T.J. is the co-founder of the ZenCase productivity technology platform (www.zencase.com), which combines project management, knowledge management and automation technology in a simple to use tool. The ZenCase technology platform helps T.J. in all aspects of his practice, which has allowed him to represent some of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. while at a boutique firm. T.J. is also one of the founding partners of LionsBridge Capital, LLC, a boutique investment banking firm, where he remains actively involved with projects ranging from equity or debt capital raises to selling or buying a company. T.J. maintains his investment banking securities licenses (series 24, 63, 79 and 82).
